When you’re living from your True Self, there’s a sense of ease—even when things are hard.
This may sound paradoxical, but it’s deeply true. Alignment doesn’t mean life is perfect. It means your inner world and outer actions are not at war. You stop leaking energy trying to be someone you’re not.
Think of a time when you spoke a truth that needed to be spoken. Or a time when you walked away from something that didn’t feel right, even though others thought it was a great opportunity. How did that feel in your body? That’s alignment.
When you get still enough to feel the difference, your choices begin to change. You stop chasing what’s shiny and start choosing what’s real.
Practice This: Ask yourself, “Where in my life do I feel most aligned? Where do I feel most off?” Let your answers guide your next steps.
