My ideal clients have reached a point where, by society’s measures, they should feel successful. But they don’t. Instead, they feel alone, unfulfilled and uncertain about what’s next. They’ve climbed the mountain and found there is nothing of substance there. I help them rediscover the excitement that comes with walking a purposeful path.

I’m able to help because I’ve stood in their shoes. After more than 35 years as a lawyer, entrepreneur and business owner, I know what it’s like to feel the weight of heroic expectations, to suffer anxiety and depression, to feel that something important is missing. For 10 years, I was president of a closely-held, for-profit enterprise and led that company back to profitability during a period of tremendous market uncertainty. As an entrepreneur, I helped launch a successful human resource management company. For over five years I served as the governing body president of a nonprofit charter school.

Prior to my business career, I practiced business law at two international law firms, and remain licensed to practice law in New Mexico. I spend my free time staying active (running, biking, hiking and skiing) in our beautiful outdoors.

I know what it feels like to create a business that reflects the best of who I am. And who I am in the process of becoming.
